National Public Health Week is a health awareness campaign organized by the American Public Health Association with the aim of recognizing significant contributions to healthcare, as well as highlighting ways to improve issues relating to public health. This initiative is not just for healthcare workers, but for the general public, and an integrated approach that addresses social, political, environmental, and technological factors, that all affect public health.
